The Notary House is a luxurious vacation home equipped with two bathrooms, built in an authentic style.

Ground Floor

Step into the attractively furnished living room of a Notary House. The living room features either a corner sofa or a sofa with an armchair (no TV). The spacious dining room includes a cosy dining table with chairs, perfect for long and enjoyable dinners.
The generous kitchen is equipped with a hob, combi microwave oven, filter coffee maker, dishwasher, kettle, as well as various kitchen utensils and cookware. Through the French doors, you can step directly onto the terrace with garden furniture — ideal for relaxing outdoor moments.
The spacious hallway provides access to a separate toilet and a comfortable bedroom with a double bed. The adjoining bathroom features a bathtub, washbasin, and shower. Next to the house, there is a convenient small internal storage room with a washing machine. There is parking space for two cars and free Wi-Fi is available.
 
First Floor

Three bedrooms, each furnished with two single beds. Please note: some Notary Houses feature a bedroom within a bedroom (separated by a wall and/or door). In addition, there is a very spacious upstairs bathroom with washbasin, shower, and toilet.

Nature and Surroundings

Familiehuis Nunspeet is beautifully located on the shores of the Veluwemeer. Just 4 km away lies the De Veluwe nature reserve, perfect for walking and cycling. The surrounding area also offers various cultural and historical attractions.
